Sales Tax Requirements:- Items sold by TrainParty.com that are shipped to destinations in the state of Missouri (MO) are subject to sales tax. Orders shipped to any other states will not be charged sales tax.
Shipping Preferences, Time and Cost:- We currently primarily ship via UPS Ground to all 48 states. FREE UPS Ground Shipping to anywhere in the 48 contiguous states on orders of $60.00 or more! Tracking Your Package:- As soon as each package leaves our warehouse, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know it's on the way. At that time, you'll receive a tracking number for either UPS or the USPS, depending on which carrier was used to send it. You can use this number to track your package online at UPS or USPS website. UPS allows you to track your shipment while en route, but the US Postal Service (USPS) will only confirm the delivery date and location.
Returns:- Train Party stands 100% behind your order! If for any reason you are not satisfied with our train party favors, please return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Merchandise must be returned in salable condition. Returnable items must be un-opened and in original condition. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. The original shipping charges associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
